Arlene Stanovitch
LLB (Hons) BA (Hons), Accredited Specialist (family law) – Legal Practitioner Director
Arlene was born in Glasgow, Scotland and came to Australia in 1993 after completing a business degree. Arlene studied law in Australia and was admitted in 2004. She has practised exclusively in family law and is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist. Arlene is a trained collaborative lawyer.
Arlene enjoys a challenge of any sort, and is particularly good at complex property matters and managing difficult litigants.
Damien Janbroers
LLB – Solicitor
Damien graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.
Since his admission in 2020, Damien has worked exclusively in family law. Damien started his legal career at Caxton Legal Centre where he continues to provide pro bono legal assistance to family law clients at the Centre.
Damien strives to achieve timely and cost effective outcomes for his clients that are equitable and which reflects their goals. Currently, Damien is working towards attaining his family law accredited specialisation.
Outside of work, Damien enjoys volunteering with his local Leo’s Club and spending time with his family and friends.

Nicole is our practice manager and is a Commissioner for Declarations. She has over 19 years’ experience in the legal industry and her practice management skills are invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of client matters.
